This 1-bedroom chalet in the village of Obsteig, near the town of Mieming, is ideal for a couple on a romantic expedition or 2 persons looking forward to a retreat. The chalet is surrounded by woods and has a private terrace to start the day with healthy breakfasts.

From the chalet, you can walk straight into the woods. Restaurants serving local dishes are within walking distance. At 2 km, you have a beautiful lake for pleasant walks and watching sunsets. The town centre with supermarkets is also at 2 km. Several trails around Obsteig, such as the Wankspitze fixed rope, the Grünberg winter sports area and Holzleiten Saddle mountain pass are must-visit.

Schönes Haus, gerade groß genug für 2 Personen. Schöne Aussicht. Leider gibt es keine Dusche, nur keine Badewanne. Es war sehr kalt, sogar am 1. Juni, aber die elektrische Heizung ging aufgrund des Stromzählers erst bei unserer Ankunft an. Bin den ganzen Tag im Regen gefahren, auch in den Pausen, daher war der kalte Empfang sehr enttäuschend. Aber ansonsten ein schönes Haus.

Unterkunft in mitten einer Baustelle wo Tagsüber bis mindestens 17 Uhr gearbeitet wurde, ein Dieselagregat lief, und uns die gute Luft verpestete. Ein verweilen in der Unterkunft war daher für uns nicht möglich. Fernpassstrasse keine 50m entfernt,wo nonstop 24h LKW und PKW Lärm herrschte. Laut Beschreibung nichts davon erwähnt, lediglich ein Wanderweg, der vorbeiführt wurde erwähnt. Vermieter hätte uns kontaktieren können zwecks Baustelle, tat dies aber nicht, erst bei Ankunft wo wir keine andere Option mehr hatten. Mäusekot in der vermutlich 30 Jahren alten Couch. ( Ausziehkasten). Badewanne stark verschmutzt, wo sich sicher keiner reinlegen möchte. Strom wird separat bezahlt, dazu kommen unökonomische Haushaltsgeräte.( Herd, Boiler mindestens auch 30 J.alt) Außenanlage von Baustellmaterialien zugestellt. Wird heutigen Standart nicht gerecht. Leider hat uns die Unterkunft den Urlaub vermiest. Diese Unterkunft entsprach eher einer Gartenlaube als einem Chalet wie beschrieben wurde.
