Description

At the entrance to the Ötztal valley lies the village of Ötz, which gave the valley its name. The holiday home is located in Ötzerau, about 2 km above the cosy village of Ötz. It is a working farm, so you have the opportunity to enjoy fresh products directly from the farmer. The apartment for up to six people extends over the 1st and 2nd floor. Das Haus befindet sich in einer besonders schönen Lage. Vom Balkon und der großen Terrasse blicken Sie von allen Seiten auf beeindruckende Bergketten. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar, für Einkäufe muss man jedoch 2 km nach Oetz absteigen. Mit dem Auto kein Problem, aber zu Fuß aufgrund der steilen Straße nicht einfach. Das Haus selbst befindet sich im ersten Stock (Schlafzimmer) und im zweiten Stock (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kochnische, kleines Duschbad, Toilette und schmaler langer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles, was man praktisch braucht, ist vorhanden. Allerdings fehlt eine Dunstabzugshaube Die Dunstabzugshaube war während unseres warmen Aufenthalts unangenehm warm. Auch die Betten fehlten, gelinde gesagt, daran mussten wir uns sehr gewöhnen und freundlich.
