The resort is located on Callantsoog "Kop van Holland" which is known for being one of nicest areas in the Netherlands. The landscape is characterized by the sandy beach, the sea, dunes, polders, and fields for cultivation of flower bulbs. Callantsoog located directly behind the narrowest rows of dunes of the Netherlands, from the village, you are right on the beach. The northernmost part of the province of North Holland in 2000 was awarded the Blue Flag. This honour means that the particular stretch of beach has clean and well kept, and on those facilities you expect from a nice holiday. Callantsoog is very popular throughout the year to see, and the dunes, the sea and the beach

Verhuurburo Callantsoog assumes that you have travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. You can only cancel your booking in writing. If you cancel the vacation, you will owe the booking fee and are due the following amounts :
more than 91 days before arrival : 20% of the rent
from 90 days to 61 days before arrival: 50 % of the rent
from 60 days to 31 days before arrival : 75 % of the rent
from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 90 % of the rent
Less than 14 days before arrival or without prior notice : the total amount

Down payment: 50% of the rental price at time of booking
Final payment: 4 weeks upon arrival
