On the spacious property you will find a beautiful pool (12 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m, heated and fenced), a boules court, a covered terrace with barbecue and a charming view!
In the vacation home you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, the cosy living room (cable TV, DVD player, music system) and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer).
A hallway leads to a large bedroom with double bed, TV and adjoining bathroom with toilet. From here you have access to a second bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm, passage room) via a steep staircase.
Two further bedrooms with double bed each have their own shower room with WC.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
Our prices are inclusive prices and your beds are freshly made.
If you book for several weeks, an intermediate cleaning (2 hours) is included in the rental price.
