This pet-friendly holiday home in Rendeux comes with 16 bedrooms, a relaxing sauna, and a private swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) to spend a magnificent vacation. It is ideal for a large group or families with children.

Enjoy a walk in the nearby forest at 100 m. You have over 200 kilometers of hiking and biking trails and 20 kilometers of kayaking routes for activities and fun. In summers you the ghost of the castle of Roche daily at 10 PM. You can enjoy golf at 24 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are at a distance of 10 km.

The home is luxurious with a sauna and swimming pool. To keep you entertained billiards, table football, and table tennis are provided. There are central heating and fireplace in the living room for cold evenings. High chair, children's bed, and parking are also provided and 2 pets are allowed at 40/Pet/Stay. For evenings there is a barbecue to enjoy from the terrace. A bar is also provided for you to enjoy to the maximum.

Zudem versucht der Vermieter einen Betrug mit unserer Schadensversicherung zu begehen.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Ärzten zusammen, die ein aktives Wochenende in den Ardennen verbringen wollten. Sicherlich keine Gruppe trinkender Studenten, die es zerstören wird. Was für eine Täuschung das war...

Als wir abreisten, durchsuchten wir zusammen mit dem Hausmeister das Haus und alles war in Ordnung, auch der zurückgebliebene Dreck in den Duschen. Was für eine Enttäuschung das war... Als wir abreisten, durchsuchten wir zusammen mit dem Hausmeister das Haus und alles war in Ordnung, auch der in den Duschen zurückgebliebene Schmutz. Ein paar Monate später wurde die Kaution immer noch nicht zurückerstattet, es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen Schaden von mehr als 1200 € handelte, den wir überhaupt nicht verursacht hatten: Stühle von 16 Jahren (hatten die Quittung) – Schaden 211,00 (Kosten 175 im Jahr 2006; übrigens nicht kaputt!); kleines Loch in einem Sofa: 350 (Couch kostet 310,74). Einige vergessene Instrumente/Zangen in der Post: 70 € (die Empfangsbestätigung betrug 15 €) 350 € zusätzliche Reinigung zusätzlich zu den vorherigen 400 € für einige Duschen, die nass und kiesig waren, weil es keinen Duschvorhang gab. Ein Müllsack blieb zurück : 100 € Mehrmals per E-Mail gesendet, keine Antwort. Am Ende musste unser Firmenanwalt eine offizielle Inverzugsetzung verfassen. damit Sie auf Ihre 1500€ Kaution pfeifen können... Wirklich ein absurder Umgang mit einem tollen Haus (für einen recht hohen Preis)... gehen Sie hier nicht hin!! Betrüger!!
