Organise a get-together with up to 24 people at this lovely 12-bedroom holiday home in Libômont. After a brisk walk in the lovely green surroundings, you can warm yourself in the infrared sauna, the traditional sauna, and in the bubble bath.

In the winter, there is a chance of snow, and you are 4 km away from the ski lift and cross-country. In the summer, the lakes of Robertville and Bütgenbach are perfect for many water sports. Cyclists and mountain bikers will love this area, thanks to the many lovely signposted cycling paths. The town center with supermarkets and restaurants are at 1 km. For a pleasant day out, there is a lake at 3 km.

The heated indoor private swimming pool is the perfect spot to refresh on a hot summer day. You can also have a game of table football or billiards in leisure hours. Netter und freundlicher Empfang. Für eine große Gruppe ist es eine schöne, geräumige Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung mit genügend Platz für alle. Allerdings wies das Haus viele Mängel auf und es war nicht sehr sauber. Es gab viele Staubfänger, hinter einem Schrank lagen noch Späne, der Whirlpool und das Schwimmbad wirkten auch nicht sauber. Dies lag vermutlich an einer zu hohen Chlorkonzentration. Mehrere lose Toilettenschüsseln, Türen mit fehlenden Schlössern, der Billardtisch funktionierte nicht richtig (die Bälle blieben ständig hängen), die Vorderseite der Spülmaschine fehlte, der Ofen funktionierte nicht richtig und an bestimmten Stellen im Haus gab es kein heißes Wasser. Außerdem erhielten vier unserer Freundesgruppe ein Geschenk des Hauses, nämlich: Bettwanzen. Trotz der enttäuschenden Unterkunft hatten wir dieses Wochenende eine gute Zeit.

Im Nachhinein hätte ich lieber auf die schlechten Rezensionen gehört...
Zum positiven: der Spielraum mit Billardtisch, Darts, Football Kicker etc war super und hat viel zur Unerhaltung dabei getragen.
Zum negativen: ich will jetzt nicht die ganze lange Liste runterleiern, was mir nur am meisten im Hals hängen geblieben ist, als wir die tote Maus im Schwimmbad am letzten Tag entdeckten. Sie war wohl schon eine Weile da... Es war einfach alles nicht besonders sauber und vieles hat nicht so ganz gepasst.
Der grosse Ofen in der Küche heizt nicht angemessen.
Unser Zimmer hatte viele Mängel - andere Zimmer schienen in Ordnung.
Eigentlich schade, weil das Haus und die Umgebung sehr schön ist - aber hier werden wir auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal hinfahren.
Zu guter Letzt: es hat vier Wochen gedauert, bis wir die Kaution zurück erhalten haben - hier wurden 200 Euro für die Reinigung abgezogen, was wir wussten. Der Vermieter hat uns aber zusätzlich 250 Euro für Elektro und andere Kosten abgezogen, was für ein Wochenende ziemlich viel ist, ohne uns zu erklären, wie er auf den Betrag gekommen ist. Also, aufpassen!
