Featuring a private bubble bathand a verandah for a splendid holiday, this is an 8-bedroom mansion in Flobecq (Flobecq). The mansion is ideal for a large family of 16 guests or a group of friends.



Restaurants are at 1 km if you wish to enjoy the local cuisine. The forest at 2 km and lake at 10 km is great to enjoy nature with your loved ones. You can wander through the town center at 4 km and big groceries from supermarkets at 5 km. Points of interest include the village of Ellezelles, the historic Walloon town of Lessines, and the attractive town of Ronse.



Central heating keeps you cozy indoors. There is a fireplace in the TV room to sit by and get cozy around on closer evenings. There's a coffee machine and an oven in the kitchen to make your preparations easier. On the terrace, you can enjoy barbecue evenings and linger until the wee hours. Wunderschöne Villa zum Übernachten. Sehr schade, dass es nicht sauber war. Besonders unangenehm ist das in der Küche: ein Glas mit Schimmel darin, Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine, ... Wir mussten alles vor Gebrauch waschen, was ich persönlich nicht für nötig halte, wenn man im Urlaub ist. Es gab weder Toaster noch Teekanne, diese haben wir vermisst. Die Betten waren sauber gemacht, allerdings waren in den Zimmern viele Spinnweben. Der Grill war dreckig, wir mussten ihn vor dem Gebrauch auch waschen. Auch der Whirlpool war dreckig, das ist also ein Vorteil, der nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Im Garten lag Schmutz: eine alte Fliese, ein Sack Sand,... einfach überall verstreut. Das kleine Haus riecht sehr muffig und ist noch weniger gepflegt als die Villa. Bei der Ankunft sollten wir den Schlüssel im „Schlüsselsafe“ finden. Nach einer gründlichen Suche stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um die Statue auf der Fensterbank handelte. Wir haben die Region genossen, aber wir haben in einer Villa gezeltet.

Sehr charmantes Haus, mit wunderschöner Lage und tollem Garten. Für ältere Menschen und große Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Manche Duschen sind so niedrig und klein, dass man dort nicht „normal“ waschen kann. Das Haus war nicht sauber, alte Spinnweben in den Fenstern, einige Tassen hatten Schimmel, um nur zwei Beispiele zu nennen. In zwei Zimmern gab es keine Vorhänge bzw. in anderen Zimmern funktionierten die Rollos nicht. Dusche im dritten Stock lässt sich nicht belüften, es war Schimmel auf dem Schirm und ab und zu kam ein unglaublicher Gestank daraus. Toiletten und Badezimmer können nicht abgeschlossen werden. Wir persönlich empfanden die Matratzen als sehr weich, wobei das wohl Geschmackssache ist.

Nachdem ich nun ältere Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war die Spülmaschine schon seit längerem nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Nicht einmal jetzt. Abwaschen für 14 Personen fühlt sich nicht wirklich wie ein Urlaub an ;-). Die Spielhalle im Keller konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden, kein Tischfußball. Zu wenige Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse und keine Sonnenliegen. Und der Grill war völlig dreckig. Kurz gesagt, es war einfach nicht alles. Ich habe dies auch an unseren Ansprechpartner geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Unser Ansprechpartner war sehr freundlich, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Ich halte es auch für wichtig, dass Belvilla Häuser besichtigt, insbesondere angesichts der Höhe der Miete für ein solches Haus.
