Description

Situated near a nature reserve in the beautiful Waimes, this holiday home has 3 bedrooms to host 6 people comfortably. It is ideal for a group or families with children to enjoy the sauna for 3, the infrared sauna, and bubble bath.

The ski area of Ovifat is at 500 m. Enjoy peaceful walks in the High Fens nature reserve. Visit the lake of Robertville and take a walk through the Bayehon valley at 1 km. You can also explore towns of Malmedy, Stavelot, and Spa within 24 km. There is a forest at 200 m to explore the wildlife. Supermarket is located at a distance of 11 km. You can find good restaurants nearby at 1 km.

Central heating provides a cozy ambiance. The sitting room is spacious for 6 people to gather and have fun with movies and music with the warmth of the fireplace. The home provides a high chair and children's bed. You can enjoy a barbecue from the furnished garden. 1 pet can accompany you at 20/Stay.

Check-in between 4 and 6 PM and check-out between 9 and 10 AM.

Positiv:
1) Schöne, ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Burg Reinhardstein, des Bayehon-Wasserfalls und zahlreicher schöner Wanderwege. Zum Bäcker, zum Einkaufen usw. muss man mit dem Auto fahren.
2) Das Haus ist ein Zweifamilienhaus (beide sind vermietet) mit schöner Aufteilung und gemütlich. Gute Betten (Boxspringbetten), aber schlechte Kissen. Es gab 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen.
3) Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr sowie Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet. Wenn Sie kochen möchten, sollten Sie vielleicht Ihr eigenes scharfes Messer mitbringen, da die Messer nicht so scharf waren.
Negativ:
1) Das Haus war nicht gut gepflegt: schmutziger Herd und Arbeitsplatten in der Küche, schmutziges Besteck, schmutziger Boden und Treppen, verstopfter Geschirrspülerfilter, kein Salz + Klarspüler für die Spülmaschine, teilweise verstopfter Duschabfluss, Essensreste auf dem Grill der Garten. Allerdings fallen für die Reinigung erhebliche Kosten an: 70 Euro extra!
2) Die Heizung des Whirlpools kann nicht abgeschaltet werden, wodurch der Stromverbrauch sehr hoch ist. Wir hätten zwischen Montag 14:00 Uhr und Freitag 10:00 Uhr einen Verbrauch von gerade einmal 91 kWh erreicht!! Dadurch mussten zusätzlich 45 Euro Strom gezahlt werden, möglicherweise aufgrund des Verbrauchs eines Whirlpools, den wir wetterbedingt nur einen Tag nutzen konnten.
3) Die Küche ist sehr schlecht beleuchtet, was beim Kochen am Abend ein echtes Problem darstellt. Die am Waschbecken platzierten Teelichthalter (und wo man seine eigenen Kerzen bereitstellen muss) sind keine Lösung.
