This 8-bedroom holiday home in Zorge comes with a private garden, sitting room, and living-dining room and is perfect for a large group of 20 or multiple families with children to enjoy.



Experience the scenic nature from the South Harz Nature Park and the surrounding forests. You can have a wonderful time hiking especially on the Harzer BaudenSteig. The Braunlage's ski area is at 15 minutes to have fun during winter. You can explore the historic towns Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg, and the Iberg Dripstone Cave. There is a supermarket at 4 km to do your shopping. Restaurants can be found at 1 km to try the local cuisine.



After an exciting day, you can relax indoors. There is a TV in the living-dining room to spend time. The kitchen with modern amenities is perfect to cook dinner. You can bring 2 pets. Let the fresh air relax you in the evening from the garden. A cot is provided for the kids.

Das Haus ist sehr alt, was an sich kein Problem ist.
Obwohl wir vorher mit dem angegebenen Kontakt telefoniert haben und ihn auf eine negative Rezension hingewiesen haben, die 4 Wochen vor unserem Urlaub geschrieben wurde und folgende Mängel auch beschrieben hat, meinte der Herr am Telefon, dass zuvor Gäste gewesen sind, die das Haus sehr verwüstet hätten und er vom Eigentümer die Rückmeldung bekommen hat, dass die Mängel beseitigt wurde. Scheinbar wurde nur nach den letzten Gästen aufgeräumt, aber keinerlei Mängel behoben.
Es funktioniert nicht alles: In 2 Schlafräumen geht kein Licht.
Es funktioniert nur eine Herdplatte von insgesamt 8.
Die Leisten vom Teppich im Flur sind lose (Stolpergefahr).
Die Überdachung im Eingangsbereich ist provisorisch mit einem Balken abgestützt (Einsturzgefahr).
Unter den Tischen stehen Metallbänder ab. Diese sollen die Tische zusammen halten, was für kleine Kinder echt gefährlich ist, da es auf Kopfhöhe ist.
Im großen Bad stinkt es, denke Abfluss beschädigt.
Zudem kommt noch das uns gesagt wurde, dass wir "illegal" dort waren. Die Kurtaxe wurde von Belvilla abgerechnet aber wir haben kein Beleg dafür gehabt. Im Touristikzentrum wurde uns gesagt das für dieses Haus keine bezahlt wurde.

Es war extrem dreckig, die vorhandene Spülmaschine und der Trockner waren nicht funktionstüchtig, die Babybettmatratze war abartig (voller Flecken, unglaublich rantzig), das Ceranfeld funktioniert nur sporadisch, die Teppiche im Flur sind zum Teil nicht befestigt (auf dem Holzboden natürlich extrem gefährlich), das Türschloss hakt, die Elektroinstalation ist gefährlich, unter der Tapete im Waschraum scheint Schimmel zu sein, das Wasser in der Dusche und der Badewanne wird sehr plötzlich kochend heiß, das Licht in mehreren Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht, in einigen Räumen und im Keller lagert einiges an Müll (Lacke und andere Gesundheitsschädlich Dinge), die Mülltonne und die Garage waren voll mit Müll und Glasmüll. Zu allem Überfluss haben wir beim Koffer packen und aufräumen am letzten Tag einen Joint gefunden. Zum Glück haben wir diesen gefunden und nicht die Kinder. Dieses Haus ist unzumutbar.
