Description

This villa in the Ibiza Town region is perfect to experience the Balearic Islands in Spain. The villa accommodates 8 people and is ideal for a family with children or a group. It features a swimming pool and a terrace to relax.

The sea is 4 km away and the nearest beaches are Ses Salines, Platja d'en Bossa, Talamanca, and Es Cavallet. You can discover Ibiza after a 5-minute drive. The supermarket is at 1 km, while the town center with restaurants and nightlife is 3 km away.

The villa is situated in a large estate and has a swimming pool, furnished garden, and veranda. Enjoy the awesome view while cooking from the outdoor kitchen or preparing the barbecue. Im Grunde ein schönes Haus. Etwas abgelegen, mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Altstadt. Schönes und geräumiges Schwimmbad und viel Platz im Garten, um zum Beispiel einen Ball zu kicken. Das Haus selbst ist etwas veraltet, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Zweimal hatten wir Probleme, weil wir kein Wasser hatten (wir gingen davon aus, dass es an der schönen Toilette lag), worauf der Gastgeber ziemlich schnell Abhilfe schaffte. Und jeden Morgen wird man vom Hahn bearbeitet... wenn man also durch Lärm schnell aufwacht, würde ich Ohrstöpsel mitbringen :-)

Leider war dies nicht der beste Aufenthalt.
Der Strom ging regelmäßig aus und wieder an und das Wasser ging mindestens einmal am Tag aus, beides war sehr unpraktisch, da wir 6 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern unter 2 Jahren waren.
Der Besitzer musste zweimal angerufen werden, um das Wasser wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen, bis wir selbst herausfanden, dass es sich um eine alte Pumpeneinheit handelte, die ständig ausfiel und die wir zurücksetzen mussten, um den Druck wiederherzustellen. Keine Ahnung von der Stromproblematik.
Der Außenbereich konnte nachts nicht genutzt werden, da er von Mücken geplagt wurde, die völlig zerbissen waren. Vermutlich einfach nur Pech mit der Jahreszeit und der ungewöhnlich hohen Temperatur und nächtlichen Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Keine Sonnenschirme für Sonnenliegen. Kein Schatten im Poolbereich.
Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird ein Aufpreis pro Person berechnet. Grundausstattung wie diese ist in einer Luxusvilla voraussichtlich inbegriffen.
Da uns ein Teil unserer Schadenskaution für das „Verschieben von Ornamenten“ einbehalten wurde, haben wir Dinge von den unteren Regalen in die oberen Regale verschoben, um zu verhindern, dass die Kinder sie bremsen. Wir haben nichts kaputt gemacht und die Villa war bei unserer Abreise ordentlich und sauber, der seltsamste Grund, den ich je für die Einbehaltung einer Schadenskaution kennengelernt habe.
Positiv -
Die Villa ist im wunderschönen alten Finca-Stil gehalten und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Dalt Vila. Die Lage liegt ganz in der Nähe eines großen Lidl und neben dem Hotel Casa Maca. Von der Villa aus sind alle Teile der Insel sehr leicht zu erreichen. 100 % brauchen ein anständiges Auto, um bergauf und bergab zu kommen.
Sehr ruhige, friedliche Lage.
Der Eigentümer stellte auf Anfrage 3 Babybetten zur Verfügung.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe von Ibiza-Stadt. Das Haus ist geräumig, ordentlich und ruhig. Das Haus ist perfekt für 3 Paare. In der Küche fehlt allerdings eine gute Kaffeemaschine und auch das Geschirr ist für 6 Personen begrenzt. Wir haben inklusive Badetücher und Bettwäsche gebucht. Das ist in Ordnung, aber es hält nicht an. Der Garten, der Swimmingpool, der Außengrill und die tolle Aussicht auf Ibiza-Stadt machen die kleinen Nachteile des Hauses mehr als wett!! Und für leckeren Kaffee und ein gutes Frühstück können Sie in das schöne Hotel neben dem Haus gehen. Zusamenfassend; Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden dieses Haus beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.
