This is a charming 3-bedroom stone cottage in Roussines. It has a tranquil location and is ideal for families or friends.

There are several hiking, cycling and mountain-biking trails nearby. Visit the large, regional market with local produce and livestock in Piegut Pluviers on Wednesday mornings. Other activities include fishing in the nearby lakes, horse riding, mountaineering, canoeing and kayaking at Gorges Du Chambon. The magnificent La Preze golf course is only 3 km away. There are various swimming and water sports activities at Lac de Lavaud or Saint Estephe. There's a restaurant and tennis court 5km away and a supermarket 6km from here.

Wie schön war es wieder! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und immer schön kühl. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist.
