Eco-house Lütz has its own unique character and offers a holiday in an unusual setting. This eco-friendly timber frame construction house (18th century) has been renovated with natural materials solely. On three floors, including an attic room with the original beams on the ceiling, the holiday house can comfortably accommodate 7 (max. 8) guests. The house comprises three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with open fire place, a modern bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The garden is equipped with furniture and a BBQ. Parking space is available in front of the house.

You can find a lot of leisure activities in Lütz, Treis-Karden (6 km) and Cochem (17km). The area is excellent for hikers, bikers and for families with kids. Lütz is a paradise for children. The beautiful Moselle River with its castles invites for boat excursions. Cycle road Mosel-Hunsrück-Radweg directs you through the village and beyond. The famous Eltz Castle, the historic city of Trier or Koblenz are easy to reach.
Lütz is situated 3km from the Moselle Valley with its idyllic wine-producing villages and picturesque castles. Its location in a romantic side valley is a bit off the beaten track as it is not directly on the shores of the touristy Moselle River. Surrounded by the green Hunsrück mountain range, Lütz is an excellent starting point for walks, excursions and day trips to for example Reichsburg Cochem or Burg Eltz (beeline 5km). Schieferhalden around Lütz remind of the mining days. The "Schiefergrubenweg" around Lütz is new. With some luck you will find rare plants, circling red kites, buzzards or sparrowhawks.
Autobahn A48/A1 until exit Kaifenheim. Follow L108 direction Mosel until Treis-Karden. Cross the river and follow B49 (direction Koblenz) until exit Lütz.
A61 (section Mainz-Koblenz) until exit Boppard. Follow direction Alken (Mosel). Follow B49 direction Cochem until junction Lütz.
From Airport Frankfurt-Hahn you can reach Lütz within 40 minutes by car. Follow directions.
