The cottage rests on the border between Umbria and Le Marche, offering a relaxing holiday. The town centre with its grocery shops, restaurants and nightlife pubs is at a distance of 2 km. A short drive takes you to the sea and the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, play sunbathing, playing and watching the sunsets. From here, the towns of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Terra Perugia are easily accessible.
In the garden, you can enjoy a healthy breakfast and stay all day long. For evenings, the barbecue on the private terrace is perfect. There is an oven for baking cakes and pizzas as per your desire. The children can entertain themselves in the playground or play table tennis. You can use the bicycles available (for renting in the various parts of the village) to explore the region.
