This sunny apartment is situated jus above the beautiful coast of Cala Fornells offering a superb view onto the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Paguera. Guests have also access to the large communal pool with adjacent restaurant and the sun terraces as well as the direct access to the sea (rocky entrance via stairs) just a few steps down.

Many beaches are within easy walking distance as well as many shops and restaurants either in Cala Fornells or Paguera.

Cala Fornells is a very popular holiday destination all year round due to its good location. Many of the apartments are facing south and thus have sun almost every day - also in winter. Cala Fornells itself offers a small beach but many nice and larger beaches may be reached in the neighboring Paguera. Here you also have many local and internation restaurants, bars and several shops.

Ich war hochzufrieden mit der Wohnung, sehr günstige Lage, toller Ausblick aufs Meer und absolute Ruhe. Super ausgestattet, wohnlich eingerichtet und sauber.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Personal vor Ort war sehr nett, verbindlich und klar, inklusive einer absolut reibungslosen Übergabe zu Anfang und am Ende des Aufenthaltes.
100% zu empfehlen!

Ausblick ein Traum. Treppenstufen sind schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wohnung müsste des Öfteren bei Nichtbelegung gelüftet werden.

Anmerkung von Mallorcahome:
Alle Wohnungen werden regelmäßig gelüftet. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von bis zu 80% kann es jedoch vorkommen, dass es schnell freucht riecht. Gerade, wenn man so nah am Meer ist (1. Linie).
