The holiday house would be extensively renovated in spring 2016 and has all the comforts. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The two bedrooms each have a bathroom and the Mediterranean atmosphere of the living room is rounded off by the fireplace.
The kitchen (newly built in 2016) opens onto a large terrace with private pool. A further pool, tennis and petanque court round off the offer.
The holiday home is very well equipped, as for example with an espresso machine flat television with home cinema. Ipod docking station bicycles, tennis racquets, petanques, etc.
Special features: Chlorfrei heated pool: The pool comes without the addition of chlorine. They always have crystal clear water in drinking water quality. A computer monitors the water quality and controls the preservation.
The weekly pool cleaning takes place without high additives of chlorine. They enjoy soft, soft water; Red eyes and irritation due to over-chemicalization do not take place in this pool !.

The village is 2 minutes walk away and offers the tranquility of Provence on the way to the beaches of St. Maxime (8 km) and St. Tropez (17 km) with a wide range of activities. In Plan de la Tour you will find all shops for daily shopping. Restaurant are also open in winter there. This winemaker village is alive all year.

The tenant can terminate the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration against the landlord. The landlord will, at the request of the tenant, try to find a tenant. The tenant is also entitled, within the framework of the legal regulation, to provide adequate replacement tenants. In this case, the substitute tenant becomes a new contract partner to the landlord.
In both positive cases, the amount of the contractually owed withdrawal costs will then be limited to Euro 200, - processing fee plus any eventual advertising costs.
If no subsequent tenant is found by the contracting parties for the canceled period, the lessor is entitled to the full deposit, as well as flat-rate withdrawal payments as follows:
- For cancellations from 74th to 45th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- For cancellations from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
In the case of early departure for reasons which the landlord is not responsible for or a delayed arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the rent in full.
It is recommended to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
