Villa M-Mate is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned house, which was renovated last year and is furnished according to modern standards. In the reconstruction of the houses are preserved old original elements with love. The holiday house is located in a small place in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by nature and greenery. The house consists of three separate objects. The first and the second object have a bedroom for two persons with a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The third part of the building has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower are located upstairs. Pets are welcome. W-LAN is available and is included in the price.

Villa M-Mate is located on the outskirts of the village Trošti near Pazin. The farm is completely fenced and protected from the view neighbors, so that guests can enjoy privacy. Shops, restaurants and café bars are located about 2 km from the villa. Larger historical and cultural centers such as Pazin and Žminj are 8 km away. The nearest beach is 30min. Car driving. Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
