Villa Art House with a private pool is located in Vižinada at the end of the village and offers a wonderful view of the Mirna River valley. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine) with a seating area. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two interconnected bedrooms (family bedroom - from the room with a double bed you enter the room with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom, and the second bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed and a large balcony, which means that the house is best suited for two adults and two children. The house is fully air-conditioned. Guests have at their disposal the use of the swimming pool, sunbeds and gazebos with table and chairs, free wireless internet access and private parking.

In the small Istrian village Vižinada, 20 km from Porec and 10 km from the beach Lanterna, is situated a charming art Holiday Villa Art House with a beautiful view of the valley and the sea in the distance. Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
