Our holiday home is located in the last house in a quiet, sunny residential area.

Holiday apartment Flo is 75 m2 and has plenty of space for up to 4 holidaymakers.

Very well equipped kitchen, double bed room, living room with tiled stofe, TV satellite, shower-WC, terrace, garage
In the winter you can site by the cosy tiled stove, in the summer on the inviting sun terrace with a lovely view.
The Wiedenhofer-Taibon family also lives in this small family home. For guests arriving by car, there is a garage available for free. Every sunbeam and the view of the mountains and the Karer forest is relaxing and awakens the want to hike, ski....

"This is how we live" in our totally sunny and quiet holiday apartment in in Welschnofen, surrounded by the beautiful view of the Karer forest, Latemar and Rosengarten mountains. Welschnofen/Nova Levante is a typical southern Tyrolian mountain village that hasn't lost any of its original charm. Shops and restaurants will provide you with your daily needs. Everything is easy to reach from your accommodation.

Arrival via the Brenner Pass to the motorway exit Bozen Nord, then through the Eggental about 20 km to Welschnofen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Gegend

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehrbbequem, sehr sauber, mit hochqualität und schön aussehende Möbel ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und groß.

Dazu waren wir sehr willkommen. Die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr sympatische, immer hilfsbereite und gleichzeitig diskrete Person.

Wenn man gerne wandert, gibt es eine grosse Wahl an wunderschönen Wanderwegen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und anderen mehr challenging etwas weiter.

Das Dorf ist süß und verfügt über mehrere kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften und auch andere Laden.

Die Gegend bieten unheimlich viele Orte, die die Reise wert sind Zwei Wochen reichen nicht aus, um alles zu besuchen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Für unseren Wanderurlaub in Südtirol verbrachten wir in dieser sehr geräumigen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung eine Woche. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt ideal. Zur Bushaltestelle 12-15 min zu Fuß, zur Seilbahn sind es gute 20 min zu Fuß. Kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker usw sind auch ca 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Den Rosengarten und das Latemar kann man von hier aus sehr gut erkunden. Bozen ist mit dem Bus auch nur 30 min entfernt. Besonders positiv erwähnenswert ist die sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns, da wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von Deutschland anreisten, sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholte, und dank ihres Brötchenservices konnten wir jeden Morgen auf dem herrlichen Balkon frühstücken. Vielen lieben Dank für alles! :-)

Tolle gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit herzensguter Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich traumhaft! Top-Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, schnelles WLAN und an kühlen Abenden sorgt der Kachelofen für eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Dazu gibt es eine große sonnenexponierte Terrasse zum Chillen nach den Wanderungen und eine eigene Garage für das Auto. Der Brötchenservice hat perfekt funktioniert: Die knusprigen Brötchen waren zeitig da, so dass wir früh zu unseren Touren aufbrechen konnten. Und die Gastgeberin Flo, die wir mit ihrer sympathischen und liebenswerten Art direkt in unser Herz geschlossen haben, hat uns nicht nur mit tollen Insider-Tipps, sondern auch mit so mancher leckeren Überraschung versorgt. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!!!
