On the ground floor, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a rustic stove, as well as a sofa and TV. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the dining area with a beautiful lake view and the bright dream kitchen. The kitchen is very comfortably equipped and - like the entire furnishing - brand new.
From the kitchen, you can access the two very large terraces that extend on both sides of the holiday home. Both are attractively furnished with a table, sun umbrella, sun loungers, etc. The view over the chestnut forest on Lake Como, the Piona peninsula, and the mountains beyond is impressive.
The furnishings have been chosen with great care and match the characterful holiday home. Some heirlooms, such as the kitchen buffet, complement the cozy new country-style furniture. The interior doors, wall panels, etc. have been made of Swiss pine wood, a very special wood that creates a healthy atmosphere. When it's cool, guests appreciate the cozy wood stove. In the summer, they prefer to barbecue on the terrace. There is a parking space for your car at the house.

Guests enjoy the tranquility, the proximity to nature, and the numerous hiking opportunities right from the doorstep. Shopping facilities, restaurants, beaches, etc. can be found in Pianello del Lario.
Casa Nicoletta is surrounded by a loose chestnut forest. Thanks to its sunny hillside location, it offers a wonderful view and plenty of sunshine. The holiday home is a 10-minute drive from the town of Pianello del Lario, situated above Lake Como. The holiday home can be reached via a good forest road, which is not suitable for vehicles with low clearance. The district of Bolee has a few houses scattered across the slope at intervals.
A car is required. The forest road is not suitable for lowered vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. For cancellations up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
