Our holiday flat is a special kind of home.
The layout of the rooms was inspired by the old hill farms, the kitchen (once a fire pit) is in the centre, now equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, built into the wall, stone, and wood.
The entrance to the panelled wooden living room, a stone grotto gives off a feeling of cosiness and security.
The two triple bedrooms, with a touch of lively erotic, and dreamy quiet faces the east, on the side where the sun rises. From there, you can access the wide, broadly covered wood balcony. Anyone hoping to enjoy a glass of wine here has come to the right place.
The sanitary facilities, a separate toilet, and a separate shower with toilet, have been equipped according to the latest standard.
What is unique about our property is that we live tradition. Despite the modern furnishings, we stay true to the Tyrolean style. We love the wood, the flowers, the trees, and of course also the animals that like to stay with us and that are thankful for being able to raise their young under the awning or in the vine arbours.

We are in one of the most beautiful, the cleanest, and the safest areas in Europe. Whoever opens their eyes here will be amazed by the broad, soft bottom of the valley with lush green meadows at the lower edges of the mountains, endless orchards, simply dreamy, all the way up to the unique forests, rocks, glaciers, and lakes.
We do not need to tell you how beautiful our winter landscape is. Images of our skiing areas are broadcast for the world to see on a daily basis.
By car: Via motorway A12 Inntal motorway - Zillertal exit, federal highway B169 to Ramsau. Take a turn at the traffic lights, towards Hippach to Zillertaler Höhenstrasse - Schwendberg 324.
By train: Jenbach train station (ÖBB), change to the Zillertalbahn or take the bus to Hippach,
bus to Schwendberg - Treuting stop.
By air: Innsbruck airport (60 km) or Munich (190 km) then airport taxi to Hippach-Schwendberg 324.
