This beautiful 3-room apartment has around 60 m² of space for the whole family. This apartment is located very close to the beach and is furnished for 2-4 people, best suited for a family with two children. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 800 m away. It has a balcony and is located on the raised ground floor of the "Domizil Strandallee 180" property.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, 2 sofas are available for you to relax on. The dining area and the kitchenette are directly connected to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine. Of course, there is also a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher in the apartment. Nothing stands in the way of cooking together in the evenings!
From the living area you can access the balcony, which faces south. Balcony furniture is also available, relaxation after a long day at the beach is a must here!
The first bedroom is in a room off the hallway and is equipped with a large wardrobe and a double bed (180x200cm). Please note that access to the bed is only possible via the foot end.
The second bedroom can be opened through a sliding door to the living room. The comfortable double bed (140x200cm) welcomes you after long hours on the beach. There is also a small wardrobe here.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a beautiful vanity.
The shower can be reached via a flat entrance.
There is a cloakroom in the hallway, there is a mirror and a small cupboard.
An outside parking space is reserved for you.
