The modern but comfortably furnished 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, renovated in February 2014, is located on the 3rd floor directly on the beach with 2 loggias with a fantastic view of the Bay of Lübeck.
The living room has a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven-microwave, stove with ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area is attached to the kitchen. A high-quality sofa with a sleeping function invites you to relax. A flat-screen smart TV, micro hi-fi system with iPod/iPhone dock and Blue-Ray DVD player complete the living room's furnishings.
The bedroom has a bed at a comfortable height of 160 cm and two separate mattresses (entrance for a sleeping place from the foot end). Additional storage options for the existing cupboards are located in the bed box.
Switchable and swiveling reading lamps by the bed and a flat-screen TV round off the bedroom's furnishings. An external roller shutter ensures good darkening. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. The loggias have garden furniture or a beach chair (1.5-seater) and are equipped with attractive outdoor lighting and plants. Bicycle storage. From January 2016, no permanent parking space can be offered - please ask about this at our reception when you arrive. Beach chair on the beach at Joost Rentals from May 15th to September 15th. Washing machine and dryer can be used in the house for a fee. Dogs are welcome. Non-smoking apartment.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
