It offers a modern living-bedroom with sofa bed (1.30 mx 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, WiFi, iPod docking station, stereo, radio, DVD player, Blue-Ray player, dining area for 4 people, integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment).
The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a 2nd flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. For bookings of 5 nights or more, bed linen and towels for 2 people are included. The modern shower room/WC with heated hand dryer completes this beautiful apartment. An underground parking space is available (the maximum ceiling height of the underground car park is 1.98 m). When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
