The 2-room apartment MeerSonne 1A in Haffkrug (on the 2nd floor), which was completely redesigned at the end of 2013, impresses with its two spacious balconies facing south with partial sea views. Adjacent to this bedroom is the second shower room with hair dryer. The outdoor parking space no. 2 belongs to the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
An apartment complex will be built opposite from February 2015. If there is any construction noise, we will give you a discount on site.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
