Ausstattung der Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig was sehr schön ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist allerdings unterirdisch. Die Einrichtung ist ca aus den 50er Jahren und es ist auch nichts geändert worden. Die Küche ist das Einzige, was erneuert wurde aber ohne Backofen!!!! Auf dem Balkon erfreut sich das Moos großer Beliebtheit und das Holz an den Balkontüren ist gesplittert und geht langsam aber stetig kaputt. Von der äußeren Glasscheibe ist ein großes Stück rausgebrochen.
In der Wohnung sind div. Schränke nicht zugänglich (abeschlossen) und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Duschen ist auch sehr schwierig, da der Boiler (aus den 50er) die halbe Badewanne ein nimmt. Ich persönlich finde, der Preis ist nicht angepasst.

Sehr geehrte Frau Bargheer, es tut mir leid, dass der Aufenthalt Ihren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen hat. Für sachliche Kritik bin ich sehr dankbar, jedoch sollte sie auch den Tatsachen entsprechen. Was den Boiler angeht, als dieser vor ca. 6 Jahren ausgetauscht wurde, wurde durchaus eina andere Heizmöglichkeit in Betracht gezogen, bei der aktuellen Heizanlage im ganzen Haus, gibt es diese leider nicht. Die Fenster werden, sobald die Saison zu Ende ist, ausgetauscht. Sicher konnten Sie sich davon überzeugen, dass die Bilder Originalbilder aus der Wohnung sind. Das Mobiliar ist nicht, wie von Ihnen erwähnt, aus den 1950er Jahre sondern aus den 2010er Jahren.

Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Sofortige Rückmeldung. Wohnung fußläufig zum Zentrum gelegen. Alles notwendige Küchengeräte vorhanden. Kleine aber neue Küche. Die Preis Leistung stimmt absolut zu der Blick vom Balkon wäre im Sommer sicherlich traumhaft. Empfehlung!
