A beautiful fully furnished porch and terrace invite you to celebrate unforgettable family evenings. Perhaps you would like to taste an exquisite barbecue after a long day at the pool?
The house of about 135 m2 distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobe; one of them with double bed and two with two single beds and air conditioning. If you are traveling with baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair on request. There are two bathrooms with shower. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cozy and has a comfortable sofa, TV-Sat and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large dining table for 8 guests also has a sofa and A / C. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. This villa on the outskirts of Inca offers tranquility close to village amenities, with a car recommended for easy access. Inca is a small town in the center of the island with a lot of charm and a great variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this city is known for its famous "cellers", restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Mallorcan cuisine; and its traditional "Thursday" market. It has been held continuously for more than seven centuries.
The hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint on the island, is a place worth visiting. For those wishing to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes driving, you will reach the north coast and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
