Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities with every amenity needed for an active holiday at Fjellerup. The house is very spacious and built around 2 separate sleeping areas and a total of 3 bathrooms that all have shower and underfloor heating. The impressive pool room has both a sauna and a large built-in whirlpool with back massage, seat massage and a handheld shower. The tastefully furnished living room has flatscreen-TV, PlayStation, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. On the other side of the centrally located living/dining room you will find the large activity room where you can play darts or pool at the pool table. There is also table tennis. Both activity room and pool area are natural gathering points for the entire family. On the large plot surrounding the house you will find swings and a sandpit for the children. Pr. 29/09-2017 the cottage is booked incl. final cleaning. Bookings made before this period are excl. final cleaning to be ordered and paid for by the caretaker. It is possible to charge an electric car by the house, you must bring your own charging cable. No rentals to youth groups.

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
