Casita Noelia is situated with 5 other vacation houses in a park without traffic noise. Pool and barbecue are used only by these vacation houses. With romantic ambience, about 62 square meters with living room, flatscreen Sat-TV, HiFi-equipment, one bedroom with a fourposter(bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and all floors are made of marble. Sun-terrace with chairs.

Wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht von der Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da und haben aus diesem Grund noch die kleine Wohnung direkt oben drüber mit gemietet. Die Anlage ist überschaubar, der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem nötigen an Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Was ich vermisst habe, war eine Pfanne. Aber es ging auch ohne. Das Tageslichtbad war auch sehr schön. Was gestört hat, war die Duschkabinenwand. Sie war etwas zu kurz, so dass man nach dem Duschen doch eine halbe Überschwemmung im Bad hatte. Die Terrasse mit dem Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wirklich sehr gemütlich. Also alles in Allem wirklich ein schönes Domizil, dass ich Freunden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würde.

Wir bedanken uns für die Mühe eine Bewertung verfasst zu haben und freuen uns, wenn es unseren Gästen gefallen hat - nur mit der Pfanne wäre kein Problem gewesen: Es gibt 3 verschieden große Pfannen, die im Backofen stehen.
Mit allen Fragen zum Ferienobjekt kann man uns jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir weisen immer wieder, auch mit unserem 24 h-Service, darauf hin und sind vor Ort ansprechbar.

Tolle Wohnung aber leider mit Einschränkung

Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet ( z. b. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) und ist auch in keinster Weise verwohnt, sondern kommt sehr neuwertig und gepflegt daher. Etwas ganz Wichtiges fehlt aber: Das Schlafzimmerfenster verfügt über kein Mückengitter. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen und einer fehlenden Klimaanlage mussten wir nachts die Fenster öffnen, um überhaupt einigermaßen erträgliche Temperaturen zu erreichen. Da aber auch die Costa Calma ein Mückenproblem hat (zumindest in unserer Reisezeit), blieb es nicht aus, dass wir zu Spitzenzeiten bis zu 30 Mücken im Zimmer hatten. Andere Wohnungen sind da besser ausgestattet und verfügen über ein solches Gitter (meist von außen angebracht) Diesen Nachteil muss man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

Leider haben wir erst nach Ihrer Abreise von dem Mückenproblem erfahren. In diesem Augustmonat gab es wirklich recht hohe Temperaturen auf Fuerteventura und somit haben wir umgehend alle Fenster mit Mückengittern versehen um unseren Feriengästen auch in diesem Punkt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt anzubieten.

High-Light an der Costa-Calma !!!

Wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub an der Costa-Calma und kennen dort viele Hotels und Ferienwohnungen. Diese Wohnung erfüllt all unsere Wünsche : Eine kleine überschaubare in sich geschlossene Anlage unweit vom Strand und vom "Zentrum", eine Wohnung in der wir als Eltern im Erdgeschoss "unseren Bereich" ( ganz wichtig für meine Frau : mit Badewanne ) haben und über uns haben die Kinder ihr eigenes Appartement. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Mega-Ausblick sowie der darunter liegende Wintergarten runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Daher haben wir auch gleich für unseren nächsten Urlaub die Wohnung wieder gebucht.
