On the first floor of the "Domizil am Meer", Strandallee 174, this approx. 60m² 2-room apartment awaits you on the south-east side, just 50m from the beach.
Enjoy the large wraparound balcony, which is equipped with a garden table and comfortable chairs and from which you have a very beautiful partial view of the lake through the trees.
The elegant apartment for 4 people (max. 3 adults) has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the 11m² wraparound balcony. The living room has harmonious furnishings made of solid shisham wood. There is also a sofa with a sleeping function (1.50m lying surface, spring core), a 42" inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system including a CD player.
Of course, the apartment also has a free WiFi connection. (In the event of a malfunction/failure, no replacement/reimbursement claim)
The large dining table is in the bay window, whose floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the 11m² wraparound balcony.
The light-flooded kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All appliances are from branded companies.
High-quality branded crockery in a color-coordinated manner with the furnishings is also part of the diverse equipment. A Nespresso machine is also available.

The shower room, decorated in the colors sand and dune grass, has a large wall mirror, underfloor heating, radio, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and towel warmer. Washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge in the basement. With the exception of the shower room, the entire apartment is laid out with hard-wearing designer planks.
An associated outdoor parking space is available to you free of charge.
Bicycles (no e-bikes) and suitcases can be safely parked in your own basement room no. 9.
From May 1st, 2025 to September 15th, 2025, a beach chair from the Schrödter beach chair rental company is available for you in a prime location (Seeschlößchenbrücke / Cafe Wolkenlos-Mikado). This can be used free of charge (depending on the weather).
