The 3-room maisonette apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is equipped for 4 people and a baby and is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment consists of a living room with an integrated kitchenette with a microwave grill, 4-burner stove, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A separate bedroom with a double bed and an open gallery with two single beds. Flat-screen TV, radio, balcony facing south. A shower room with a bath tub.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:

up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant
providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
