Lemmer is an old fishing village where the atmosphere is still maritime and cozy. The town is located in South Friesland, on the Ijsselmeer (we have a beach) and by the lakes.
Feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small motorboat/sailboat. You don't need a driver's or sailing license for this. In Lemmer and the surrounding area, you can enjoy walking, hiking, fishing, cycling, playing tennis, or visiting theme parks.
Arrival by arrangement. In summer, the changeover day is Saturday.
