Holiday apartment Villa Menhir is placed in a recently built villa, where there is a particular attention for details and best solutions in order to guarantee comfort and relax.
Between the bedroom and the living room area there is a corridor through which you enter in the bathroom provided with a shower and wash basin made of pink Sardinian granite, bidet and a W.C. In front of the yard there is a nicely furnished kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 - 5 people. If you wish a practical and functional solution for your family, this is the perfect choice.

In order to separate the sleeping-rooms from the remaining apartment there is a small hall, which leads to the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet. In the kitchen overlooking the garden can easily accommodate 4 people. From there you can also reach the spacious, covered terrace. The "Olivastro" tree offers shade.

Das gesamte Haus mit den mehreren Appartments ist sehr schön. Es gibt Weintrauben, Äpfel und Feigen auf dem Gelände. Kinder können sich hier austoben. Die Wohnungen sind sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Wie fast immer gibt es auch hier ein aber:
Geworben wird hier mit dem Appartment was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist d.h. es ist nicht garantiert, dass man es auch erhält. Die übrigen Appartments liegen in der Anlage verteilt, und haben alle eine unterschiedliche Aussicht und Gartenlage. Wir dachten wir hätten das Apprtment auf dem Bild gebucht - schriftlich belegt - und wurden leider enttäuscht.

Many thanks for your feedback, we are happy you spend a good time on villa Menhir. Is to pity to read that you have received a different apartment between one with blu kitchen and another one with white kitchen, like on the pictures. Guests can have an apartment with a blue kitchen or one apartment with a white kitchen. I'm sorry if the expectations were for the apartment with the blue kitchen and we give you one with the white kitchen. Anyway, thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you soon again as our guests.

Ganz neue sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und eigener Grillstelle. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wichtig für Sportfans. Grosse schöne Strände nicht weit. Ideale Lage um das Oligastragebirge zu erkunden. Gegend gut für Outdoorfans. Lage im Kern des kleinen Lotzorai mit Einkausstrasse und Essotanke direkt vor der Einfahrt zum grossen Garten. Anfahrt schwer zu finden. Tipp: Direkt vor der Esso links von Süden her kommend. Mario der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat viele Tipps.
