Host's notes
Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by means of a written declaration to the lessor. If the tenant succeeds in renting the apartment again for the same rental period, the tenant incurs administrative costs of EUR 20.00. Payments already made will be refunded. If there is no renewed rental, 80% of the total rent must be paid. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord suffered no or significantly less damage. If the tenant terminates the rental relationship prematurely (departure / termination), there is no entitlement to a rental price reduction. The tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Neuenburg am Rhein is located in the triangle of three countries. It is right on the French border and Switzerland can be reached in a few minutes via the A5. Freiburg is also very close and invites you to stroll through the old town. The area offers many different recreational opportunities.
Getting there
By car: Coming from Frankfurt and Basel on the A5 to the Müllheim / Neuenburg exit. Turn left, then get into the right lane before the traffic lights and head towards Neuenburg. Leave the roundabout at the first exit. Follow Basler Strasse for about 1 km. Then turn left into Sägeweg and the second street to the right into Vogelwäldeleweg. The house is the last on the right. By train: Either to Müllheim / Baden or directly to Neuenburg am Rhein. It is about 1 km on foot from Neuchâtel train station to the holiday apartment. By plane: The nearest airport is the EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg, from there a shuttle bus goes to Neuenburg.

Sehr kurzfristig haben wir die Wohnung bekommen und schnell eine Zusage erhalten . Der Kontakt zur Vermietern war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr herzlich. Uns stand ein großer Parkplatz für den Bus zur Verfügung und unsere Räder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann mit dem Hund früh gleich eine Runde laufen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Auch einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon kann man genießen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und wir haben viel unternehmen können, Freiburg, Colmar, Schluchsee, Triberg, radeln uu. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Wir wünschen alles Gute und bedanken uns. Viele Grüße aus Franken

Für alle die eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung suchen ist diese unschlagbar. Wir haben zwar nur wenige Tage hier verbracht ,aber wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt . Wenn man etwas unternehmen will kann man hier in jede Himmelsrichtung etwas suchen und man wird fündig. Danke nochmal für die tollen Tage
