Very cozy and functionally furnished, the holiday home offers a breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore.
The two separate living units can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, a large open living area with a fireplace, an open, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
In front of the open living space with a view of the lake to the south, there is a large, covered living terrace.
On the lower ground floor with garden access, there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Directly by the house, there is a covered parking space for cars.
The holiday home, built in 1971, was renovated in 2018.
A sauna is located next to the holiday home, in the beautifully landscaped garden, which was originally a vineyard.
Electricity, gas, and water are included in the rental price.

The holiday home is located at the end of a private road in an absolutely quiet position above the lake.
The breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore is colorful and relaxing in every season.
The holiday house, situated on the southern slope, offers relaxation in the garden, swimming pleasure in the lake, or walks in the forests. The small shops, cafes, restaurants, and the bathing beach by the lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Excursions in the surrounding area allow visitors to discover the beauty of Northern Italy.
Drive along the Piedmont lakeside road (Locarno, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero, then turn right towards Trarego - Viggiona. Turn left onto Via Privata Ferrari, continue straight up the hill, on the 3rd bend turn left onto the unpaved path, the 2nd house on the left.

We ask for a deposit of 20% at the time of contract conclusion and the balance payment 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 20% of the rental price, for cancellation up to 3 weeks 50% of the rent, and for short-term cancellation 80%.
