Our house is located at the foot of the Demmerkogel on the Sausal Wine Route, is already 170 years old and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. It is located on an approximately 1 hectare property in an absolutely secluded location. The house consists of a living / dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms with a private bathroom on the top floor. The second bedroom has its own access and is separate from the rest of the living area.
In the entrance area there is a small breakfast terrace and on the west side below the house there is a large sun terrace with a vine arbor. Here is also the pool, which will be available from summer 2020.
There are enough parking spaces on the property, especially for a caravan or a mobile home, for example.
Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, wine lovers and much more.

The Binderhof (vulgo Schwindsackl) is located at the foot of the Demmerkogel, directly on the Sausal Wine Route, not far from the Kitzeck wine region, the highest wine-growing region in Austria.
The house is in a secluded location, on a plot of about 1 ha, in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, with a beautiful view over the valley to the Koralm. Various Buschenschenken are within walking distance.
Arrival via the A9 - exit Wundschuh, then direction Preding, then direction Gleinstätten - turnoff direction Höch / Demmerkogel - through Höch, passing the former world largest Klapotetz, passing the elementary school, the first possible turn right, then the third side road on the left, over a country road in a light grove
