This enchanting red house is located on a farm between Lysekil and Kungshamn/Smögen, with the ocean close by. The scenic nature with majestic hills and grazing sheeps welcome you outside your door. The house offers accommodation for up to 5 people. A bedroom with two single beds combined into a double bed. There's a pantry for basic cooking, newly renovated bathroom, and living room with a TV and a single bed. Take the stairs ouside up to the second floor with sloping ceilings, a walk-through room with TV and two single beds combined into a double bed. Inside there is a bedroom for two people, this part of the cottage can be perfect for young adults who want to be a little to themselves. You can distribute the sleeping places in the house as you wish, but the maximum number of people in the house is five. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture at the back of the house. By the ocean there are many swimming bridges. A placid child-friendly beach is also available a bit further away. Lysekil and Smögen offers plenty of activities and attractions during summertime.

Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
