Cancellation policy
Booking cancellation carried out up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date are free for the booking customer. The already performed deposit will be refunded to the booking customer within two months. With cancellations within 30 days before the agreed date of arrival (29 days up to 7 days) 50% of the total fee (the performed deposit are offset)are to be paid, in case the room could not be let otherwise. With cancellations within 7 day before commencement of tenancy or non-appearance at the agreed leasing date 100% of the total fee is to be paid.

Also discover the diverse cultural offers in Gmunden such as theater, cinema, concerts, city museum, sanitary museum (with Sissy's Bidet) as well as the traditional Gmundner Keramikmanufaktur. A wonderful impression of the Traunsee (with 12 km length and 3 km width, the second largest lake in Upper Austria and with a maximum depth of 200m the deepest lake in Austria) you get on a boat trip -. with the historical paddle steamer "Gisela". You will surely want to discover and visit the landmark of Traunsee, the castle of the Orth.
Holiday destination
The beautiful scenery provides a number of opportunities for relaxation and hiking - followed by a hearty snack at a nearby hut! In summer there are wonderful opportunities for swimming, sailing and other water sports. Gmunden is a small, romantic, old town with a lovely beach promenade, lots of cafes, and restaurants, serving traditional and international cuisine. Habsburg Kaiserpalast in Bad Ischl and the stone-age mine on the Hallstätter Lake are both within easy reach by car!
Getting there
By car: leave the A1 (Salzburg-Wien) at Regau - go left on B145 in the direction of Gmunden, after 8km exit at Gmunden -Zentrum - go left to city center (Bahnhofstraße), At the post office (on left) go right into Anton von Satoristraße, After 100m turn left into the courtyard (open barrier, downhill), Park in front of the white building on the right side. You have arrived at the apartment! By train: By taxi (1,6km) or bus (to station "Postamt")

Wir wurden von Herrn Ritter sehr freundlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles Wichtige zur Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingeteilt und hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist super. Ein grosser Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, von der aus man mit dem Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung gelangt. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.
