Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und individuell und umfangreich eingerichtet. Es strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Lage in Bezug auf Capriolo und den See ist ausgezeichnet. Draußen im Garten gibt es viel Platz, genau wie drinnen. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und es hat super geklappt. Das Merkwürdige ist, dass die Fenster der Bewohner über dem Lagerschuppen direkt in Ihren Garten und Ihre Terrasse blicken können. Das hat uns nicht gestört, aber es könnte nützlich sein, es im Voraus zu wissen.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es außergewöhnlich warm und die doppelten Fensterläden bieten bei richtiger Anwendung Abhilfe. Allerdings wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern bei diesen Temperaturen kein unnötiger Luxus.
Gut zu wissen ist, dass das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, die bis in die späten Abendstunden befahren wird. In einem der Schlafzimmer ist dieser Lärm so stark, dass man mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen muss. Auch im Garten ist die Straße deutlich zu hören, allerdings weniger störend.
Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch alles, was regelmäßig genutzt wird, ist sehr sauber, ebenso die Betten und Badezimmer. Die selten benutzten Gegenstände, Lichtschalter usw. könnten eine zusätzliche Reinigung vertragen; sie kleben. Des Weiteren müssen die Spülmaschine und der Kühlschrank ausgetauscht werden (Spülmaschine war alt und wurde nicht mehr richtig gereinigt, daher haben wir das Geschirr immer von Hand gespült und im Kühlschrank fehlen die nötigen Ablagen, sodass man viel übereinander stapeln muss). Eine Sonnenliege im Garten wäre schön.
