Cancellation policy
A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive for the cancellation date.
Cancellation declarations are accepted by the holiday home agent on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation notice, the following standardized cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant.
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is due, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, except the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes are made to the rental property or rental period after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.
