We really value direct communication with our tenants. We strive to keep the availability calendar up to date. However, since guests sometimes cancel at short notice, please call us if the periods are marked as occupied. maybe your desired date has just become available.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, unfortunately there is no elevator. Pets are generally not permitted with us, we always provide bed linen, but towels only on request of the guests (10 € / person additionally)

In addition to the numerous sights of the city, the surrounding area offers various excursion destinations, including many small and large moated castles, the Dortmund-Ems Canal, a very well-developed network of cycle paths and much more.
The Am Aasee Munster holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Aasee, the leisure and recreation area of our city. Here you will find various gastronomic facilities, from very inexpensive (the university canteen can also be used by private individuals) to sophisticated restaurants, hotels and beer gardens.
You can usually move in with us from 3 p.m., sometimes much earlier. On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 11:00 a.m. If necessary, please ask for other check-in and check-out times.

When processing your booking request, you will receive a booking form and our terms and conditions. Here is the cancellation excerpt from the terms and conditions:
§ 5 Withdrawal / Non-Use
1. The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival without compensation payments. Any deposit already paid will be refunded to the tenant.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing (by email or letter) to the landlord (Norbert Pannowitsch, Bonhoefferstraße 6, 48151 Münster).
2. If the rental agreement is terminated up to 4 weeks in advance, half the rental price is to be paid; less than 4 weeks before the booking date, the entire rental price is due, less any expenses saved by the landlord.
3. The tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

If you stay less than 4 nights, we charge a short-term renter's surcharge of EUR 45.
VAT is calculated and shown separately
The city of Münster has been charging 4.5% accommodation tax since 2016. This amount will be charged extra.
For stays of at least one month, we offer the apartment much cheaper, please inquire!!
