The living area is furnished with a cozy corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace, and a dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen includes a fridge/freezer combination, a gas stove with a large gas oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a mixer, etc.

Renesse is a nice, cozy place. Renesse is located on the "peninsula" Schouwen-Duiveland and is about 70 km from Rotterdam. Schouwen-Duiveland is part of the Zeeland region. Zeeland has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in all of the Netherlands, and they have won multiple awards!
A lively place with lots of entertainment options. Renesse can be described as quite lively on certain dates. This pleases the guest who does not want to miss out on variety in the evening.

In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees of 100.00 Euros are always due.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the rental start date, 30% (rental price, excluding additional costs)
- from 30 days to 14 days before the rental start date 40%
- from 14 days to 7 days before the rental start date 50%
- from 7 days before the rental start date 100% of the agreed rental costs confirmed in writing in the rental contract are due.
Free cancellation is only possible if there is a general entry ban for the booked location.
