This holiday home is rustic furnished and includes handmade items of the landlord. It is ideal for 8 people. On the ground floor is a small lovely kitchen with handmade refrigerator, satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed + extra bed. Through a staircase, handmade by the landlord, you enter the first floor, where you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, a living room with a nice black leather couch and satellite TV and a bathroom with shower. In the attic also reached by a handmade interior staircase we have 2 bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds + cot, the other with double bed + couch for 1 person. The house has a second terrace where there is a tavern.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
