The 67 sqm duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Villa fontaine vieille and is comfortably suitable for 4 people. Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, 4-burner gas hob, oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine with portafilter. From the living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) with access to the 25 sqm roof terrace furnished with teak furniture. Exceptional distant views and views of the old town of Vence. A furnished south-facing balcony of about 11 sqm also invites you to linger. Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed with bathroom, shower, toilet, and sink. A second bedroom in the gallery/mezzanine with a 180 x 200 bed (can be set up as single beds) and an integrated, open bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink is accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room. A separate WC is located next to the entrance of the apartment.
From the large roof terrace of Soleil levant, one has panoramic views of the Baou rocks, the Lubiane valley, as well as the Matisse Chapel and the picturesque old town of Vence. The south balcony also attracts a lot of sun in winter.
