Holiday destination
The condominium is set in a quiet living quarter in Lugana, a small village belonging to the Sirmione community. The village centre with shops of all types, restaurants, cafés and beaches can be easily reached in 5 minutes walking.
Sirmione is also a famous spa town and the “Virgilio” spa complex is only a few steps from the condominium.
Thanks ot their excellent location, the apartment is the ideal starting point to visit the lake and its sourraundings.

Wir haben in der FeWo Garden Ville wunderschöne Ostertage verlebt. Die Wohung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, ist - auch küchentechnisch - komplett ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Gut gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Die Beschreibung hat nicht enttäuscht!!
Die Eigentümerin gibt sich viel Mühe und hat Informationen über Veranstaltungen, Verkehrsverbindungen etc. gut aufbereitet in einem Ordner bereit gelegt.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch sind der See, die Ortsmitte von Laguna di Sirmione mit ihren Geschäften sowie zahlreiche gute Restaurants fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Wir haben die Zeit jedenfalls sehr genossen, kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Location ohne Bedenken weiter.
