Access to the lake is available around Villa Ottolini. The house is situated in a quiet area with spacious green spaces at the end of a cul-de-sac. For boat owners, we are happy to offer a mooring at the dock in the neighboring harbor.
Water sports enthusiasts will find their joy here as well as those seeking peace and shopping aficionados. Markets around the lake and the fashion capital Milan, just 70 km away, invite you. The international airport Malpensa is about 40 km away.

You may cancel your trip at any time before the start of the rental period.
For your own interest and for proof, the cancellation should always be made in writing. If you withdraw from the rental contract or do not commence the trip, we can demand reasonable compensation for the travel arrangements made and for our expenses. Our flat-rate claim for compensation (cancellation fee) amounts to:
- Free of charge up to 42 days before the start of the rental
- 50% of the rental price from 41 days before the start of the rental
- 70% of the rental price from 29 days before the start of the rental
- 90% of the rental price from 7 days before the start of the rental
