The house disposes of a huge patio, for long breakfasts and exquisit barbecue dinners, accompanied by a glass of wine and the views on the landscape.
The 200 m² house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a well-equipped spacious kitchen with direct access to the patio, with built-in electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, and all other utensils for the cooking enthusiasts. The homely, yet modern, living- and dining room invites for relaxing on the couch or watching a movie on satellite TV. It counts with air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your needs. On this floor, you will also find a bath room with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
On the intermediate level, just a few steps up the stairs, we find the first bedroom, with a double bed and air conditioning. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and an en-suite bath room with a shower and a bath tub. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. On request, we can prepare a baby cot, and a high chair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The village is only 500m further up the road. The emblematic church of Sant Bartomeu, from the year 1236, is one of the may things to visit. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, to taste the typical dishes with fresh gambas. Take the tram to Port de Sóller and enjoy the beach of Es Repic or a walk over the promenade or explore any of the beautiful hiking tracks to the romantic villages of Deià, Fornalutx or Biniaraix. Palma is easy to reach, as well as the coves of Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
