The villa has combined two lovely apartments into one pleasurable holiday house but it can also be accommodated by two families ensuring the privacy for everyone. It has comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the belonging dining room are full of light and spacious like the living room. The villa offers free Wi-Fi, it is completely air-conditioned but offers also the central heating which makes it a perfect holiday home throughout the whole year. If you are up to some fun, the villa offers the table tennis and if you want more demanding activities you will find the indoor treadmill and bicycles with which you can explore the area.

A short drive will bring you to the marvelous medieval architecture of old Vodnjan and its palaces, to the wonderful Svetvincenat and the Grimani castle, fairy Bale and its stony streets and luxurious palaces or to the impressive Pula, Istrian largest city, with its stunning historical sites, numerous shops, bars and restaurant and exciting nightlife. The area is ideal for cycling on its many trails, but also fairly close to many beaches.
