Holiday home Medulin is a detached house with a swimming pool and a beach, covered terrace by the pool, completely secluded yard and its own parking. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and spacious living room which, along with the dining area and kitchen, make one unique area. One bedroom is located on the ground floor while the remaining three bedrooms, with the belonging bathrooms, are on the floor. The master bedroom on the floor is granted with a covered terrace and a beautiful sea view in the distance. The kitchen and the living room are completely fitted with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The newly built holiday home is situated on the elevated area of Medulin called Vrcevan. Surrounded by a pine grove and located only 800 meters from Bijeca, the most famous Medulin beach, the house is designed for a quiet family vacation. For the ones eager of pristine nature, we recommend the beaches of Cape Kamenjak, located only 10-minute drive away. All the history lovers will surely enjoy visiting Pula and it`s famous sights: Arena – most preserved Roman Amphitheater in the world, the Golden Gate, Roman Forum and others. Horse lovers may discover Medulin and it`s surrroundings riding with the help of a guide on a nearby Samy`s ranch.
