The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor (hillside location, access via stairs) and has a living space of about 45m². Access is via the terrace into the kitchen-living room. It is equipped with a stove (4 ceramic hobs), an oven, and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Here you will also find the dining area with a bench and a single bed. The bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a toilet. The apartment is furnished for holidays with satellite TV, radio, and partly tiled floors.
On the terrace, you will find garden furniture. Furthermore, a parking space is available directly in front of the accommodation.
A bread roll service is also possible upon request.
The apartment has an internet connection with free Wi-Fi.

In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary discussions on both sides!
Cancelling your booking up to one month in advance is no problem.
Within the last month, due to occasional "joke bookings", we are obliged to charge a fee!
The fee is €150 for cancellations in the fourth and third week before the arrival date (unless there is an extraordinary reason, e.g., a death).
Two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is €200.
And in the last week, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount!
