Holiday home for a group of 10 persons or more families with children. The house is situated only 800 meters from the sea. It consists of three floors. On the ground floor is a shared kitchen, dining room and living room with entertaining games. On the first and on the second floor, which are connected with an internal staircase there are 4 separate units. Each unit has two bedrooms (a double room and single room), a bathroom with shower and small kitchen with a refrigerator. All units can be rented together for max. 12 persons. It is not possible to rent a single unit. The house has a large covered terrace with a large table and seating garniture. The guests have at their disposal a large garden with barbecue and deck chairs.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
